Do gutter cleaning calls count, or only installs?
Both count if you offer them. Tell us which gutter services you provide; requests for anything outside that list are not billable.
Will a homeowner who calls every season be charged every time?
Another call from the same number within 30 days of a charged call is not billable. A call from a returning customer who says they've worked with you before is also not billable.
Can I get only gutter guard installation calls?
You choose the services you offer. If you only install guards, requests for cleaning or repair are not billable. Keep in mind that cleaning calls often lead to guard sales.
How much do gutter leads cost?
