HVAC Leads
Pay-per-call HVAC leads for local contractors
Calls from homeowners with a broken AC or furnace, plus replacement and tune-up requests, screened and forwarded to your phone.
The calls
HVAC calls we route to you
Heating and cooling calls tend to arrive in waves: the first hot week of summer, the first cold snap of fall. Most callers have a system that just stopped working and want a technician as soon as possible, while others are planning a replacement and collecting estimates. We send both kinds of callers to your line and you pay only for the ones that qualify.
- AC not cooling, blowing warm air or freezing up
- Furnace or heat pump not turning on
- New system and replacement estimates
- Seasonal tune-ups and maintenance plans
- Thermostat, ductwork and airflow problems
- Strange noises, smells or short cycling
Clear rules
What counts as a qualified HVAC call
A real person asking about a service you offer, in an area you serve, counts. Whether or not they book on that call.
Qualified, for example
- A homeowner whose AC quit in the afternoon heat asks how soon a technician can come out.
- A caller with a 15-year-old furnace wants a price range on a replacement before booking an estimate.
- A landlord asks you to diagnose a heat pump that runs constantly at a rental property in your area.
Not billable, for example
An equipment distributor rep calling to pitch a new line of condensers.
Sales pitch
An HVAC technician asking whether your company is hiring.
Job seeker
A request to service a commercial rooftop unit when you only work on residential systems.
Service you don't offer
Spam, wrong numbers, job seekers, sales pitches, your existing customers and repeat callers within 30 days are never billed. See the full billing rules.
How it works
How HVAC calls reach you
We handle the marketing and the screening. You answer the phone and do the work.
- 1
Local advertising
We advertise your HVAC services in the areas you serve, through local advertising and marketing channels.
- 2
Screening
Callers press 1 to be connected and pass a spam filter. Robocalls and junk never reach you.
- 3
Straight to your phone
The caller hears a recording notice and is connected to you live. Every call is recorded and transcribed.
- 4
AI qualification
AI checks each call against the rules. If it isn't sure, a person reviews the call before any charge.
- 5
Pay only for qualified calls
Qualified calls are deducted from your prepaid balance. You can request a review within 7 days.
FAQ
HVAC leads: common questions
Can I get only replacement calls and skip repair calls?
Tell us which HVAC services you offer when we set up your campaign. Callers asking for a service outside that list are not billable, so if you don't do repairs, a repair-only request won't be charged. Keep in mind that many replacement jobs start as a repair call, so most contractors choose to take both.
What happens to HVAC calls during a heat wave if I can't answer?
A screened caller who reaches your line counts as billable by default even if the call goes unanswered, because the opportunity was real. During peak season make sure someone is available to pick up, or talk to us about the hours you can take calls.
Do maintenance and tune-up calls count?
Yes, if tune-ups are one of the services you offer. A homeowner asking to schedule a maintenance visit is a real customer for your business, and many of those visits turn into repair or replacement work later.
How much do HVAC leads cost?
Pricing depends on niche and area. What a qualified HVAC call costs in your market depends on the services you offer and where you work. You pay only for qualified calls, from a prepaid balance, with no long-term contract. Request a quote for your trade and service area.
