Plumbing Leads

Pay-per-call plumbing leads for local contractors

Leak, clog and fixture calls from local homeowners, screened for spam and forwarded to your plumbers in real time.

The calls

Plumbing calls we route to you

Plumbing calls are often urgent. A burst supply line or an overflowing toilet means the caller is likely phoning the first company that answers. That makes speed and a ringing phone more valuable than a list of form fills, and it is why we route screened callers straight to your line instead of sending you a lead to chase.

  • Leaking pipes, burst lines and water on the floor
  • Clogged toilets, sinks and tubs
  • Faucet, toilet and fixture repair or replacement
  • Garbage disposal installs and repairs
  • Low water pressure and running water lines
  • Repiping and remodel plumbing estimates

Clear rules

What counts as a qualified plumbing call

A real person asking about a service you offer, in an area you serve, counts. Whether or not they book on that call.

Qualified, for example

  • A homeowner with water coming through the kitchen ceiling asks if a plumber can come right away.
  • A caller wants a quote to replace a leaking shut-off valve and two old faucets.
  • A property manager asks you to look at a toilet that keeps running at a tenant's unit in your area.

Not billable, for example

  • A caller trying to reach the city water department about a bill.

    Wrong number

  • A customer you fixed a leak for last month calling to ask about your invoice.

    Existing customer

  • The same number calling again two weeks after a charged call.

    Repeat caller

Spam, wrong numbers, job seekers, sales pitches, your existing customers and repeat callers within 30 days are never billed. See the full billing rules.

How it works

How plumbing calls reach you

We handle the marketing and the screening. You answer the phone and do the work.

  1. 1

    Local advertising

We advertise your plumbing services in the areas you serve, through local advertising and marketing channels.

  2. 2

    Screening

Callers press 1 to be connected and pass a spam filter. Robocalls and junk never reach you.

  3. 3

    Straight to your phone

The caller hears a recording notice and is connected to you live. Every call is recorded and transcribed.

  4. 4

    AI qualification

AI checks each call against the rules. If it isn't sure, a person reviews the call before any charge.

  5. 5

    Pay only for qualified calls

Qualified calls are deducted from your prepaid balance. You can request a review within 7 days.

FAQ

Plumbing leads: common questions

Do emergency plumbing calls cost more than regular calls?

Pricing depends on niche and area, and it is agreed per campaign before any calls run. Your quote will spell out what you pay per qualified call so there are no surprises when an emergency call comes in.

What if a caller only wants a price over the phone?

Callers comparing prices are genuine buyers in the market for your service, so a price-shopping call counts as qualified. How you handle the quote on the phone is up to you; the recording and transcript in your portal show exactly what was asked.

I don't do sewer or septic work. Will I pay for those calls?

No. When we set up your campaign you tell us which plumbing services you offer. A caller asking for a service outside that list is not billable, and you can request a review if one is charged by mistake.

How much do plumbing leads cost?

Pricing depends on niche and area. What a qualified plumbing call costs in your market depends on the services you offer and where you work. You pay only for qualified calls, from a prepaid balance, with no long-term contract. Request a quote for your trade and service area.
